Hunched over a desk or computer all day, does your back tighten up when you
stand still too long, back not feeling good, or tight and
painful?
Revolutionary, new, easily learned and sustainable method for reducing and eliminating back pain. You will learn a few yoga-like postures but with a completely different feel and purpose- to eliminate pain, strengthen and stretch the muscles responsible for protecting your spine and supporting and lifting the body.
